Service Description
A birthday party rental gives you private access to our sensory gym, various games, activities, crafts, indoor swings, a ball pit and more. Your Child’s Special Day Includes: 1 ½ hours private open play Tablecloths, balloons & personalized digital screen Themed backdrop: we have 15+ to choose from! 1 Adult Table: sits up to 8 adults 3 Kids Tables: sits up to 12 kids/adults Additional table for food Coffee & tea Cost is $205 Extras: $50 extra half hour $65 costume character visit Outdoor chairs, tables and tent available during summer More Details: $75 deposit is required to hold your date, remaining balance is due by the day of the party (You will receive an invoice after booking). If you need to change or cancel your party date, you will receive a refund as long as we have 30 days notice prior to your party date. Choose one of our available themes or choose your own! If you choose one of our 15+ themes we include a large backdrop in addition to the tablecloths, balloons and personalized digital screen. If your theme is one we do not have, just let us know what it is and we will be sure to color match the tablecloths, balloons and personalized digital screen. Available Themes: Baby Shark, Paw Patrol, Dino, Superhero, Moana, Disney Princess, TMNT, Pokémon, Mickey/Minnie, Carnival, Monsters Inc, Frozen, Dr. Seuss, Farm, Jungle Animals A costume character can be added for $65 which includes a 30 minute interactive visit. Characters: Flash, Spider-Man, Lego Batman, Supergirl, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Mr. or Mrs. Incredible, Pikachu, Dinosaurs, Giraffe, Zebra, Sharks, Olaf, Elsa, Anna, Donatello, Mickey Mouse, Cat in the Hate, Easter Bunny, Mike or Sully, Woody, Various Disney Princesses, Grinch, Cindy Lou, Santa, Elf *Please understand characters are based on availability and we will try our best to get them! -You can come in 30 minutes prior to the start time for any additional set up. -You can bring in any food, cake, favors, etc. No latex balloons as we are a latex-free facility. -We recommend a maximum of 30-35 total guests (kids and adults). When using the indoor and outdoor playground area, you can have up to 60! There must be supervision outside at all times! -We are a socks-only facility. -We are a play space for kids and not your typical sit down event space. Most of the space is dedicated for activities and fun! -You are responsible for supervision of children so please make sure you have enough adult helpers!
Cancellation Policy
NEW BIRTHDAY PARTY Policies in effect 3/2025- ALL BIRTHDAY PARTIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE PARTY or parties are subject to cancellation. Birthday Party Cancellation Policy Cancellation Notice: Must be provided at least 30 days before the scheduled event. Refund Policy: Full refund- More than 30 days before the event. Rescheduling Policy: 29 days to 1 day before event: Reschedule option available- you must pick an available date within 3 months of original date. No extra fee. Unable willing to reschedule: No refund. Deposit will be kept. Weather & Emergencies: In case of severe weather or emergencies, a full credit may be issued for a future date.
